DuraMon GmbH, a leading ETH spin-off, is seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team in the DACH region. As a key player in expanding our customer portfolio and achieving product-market fit, this role will play a crucial part in driving business growth.

Estimated Salary Range

We offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a 20% employment bonus in 2022 and potential for an increase in 2023.

About the Role

In this exciting sales position, you will be responsible for defining strategies to capture different customer segments, identifying decision-making processes of asset owners/operators at various levels, and acquiring new customers. You will also monitor key project opportunities, manage customer relationships, and provide support in marketing activities.

Requirements
  • Bachelor or master's degree in Civil Engineering
  • More than 2 years of experience as a consulting engineer or team leader in the construction sector
  • Fluent in German and English
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our customer base
  2. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry
  3. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials
