The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive sales growth and lease multiple business centers to meet targets
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
  3. Acquire new customers and close deals through negotiation and relationship-building
  4. Maintain existing client relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling

Your Profile:

  • Relevant education or training in sales or marketing
  • Excellent language skills in French and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A team-oriented approach with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
