The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and lease multiple business centers to meet targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Acquire new customers and close deals through negotiation and relationship-building
- Maintain existing client relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Your Profile:
- Relevant education or training in sales or marketing
- Excellent language skills in French and English (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A team-oriented approach with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
