Regional Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to fill the position of Customer Unit Leader Switzerland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing cutting-edge account strategies to drive proactive account growth and minimize erosion in renewals.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
* Build and maintain deep customer connections to ensure long-term relationships
* Collaborate with sales team members to ensure seamless account management process
Requirements
* 5+ years experience running account P&L
* Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices
* 10 years of experience managing sales process end-to-end
* Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks
* Excellent spoken and written German and English language skills
Preferred Skills and Experience
* Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
* Sales experience in technical solutions
