Aufgaben
- Erstellung und Umsetzung von Akquisitionsstrategien und verkaufsfördernden Maßnahmen basierend auf aktuellen Marktentwicklungen und Trends, sowie Beobachtungen in Hinsicht auf den Wettbewerb
- Betreuung und Ausbau des bestehenden Kundenstammes in der zur verantwortenden Region (Schweiz)
- Neuakquisition relevanter Zielkunden der wesentlichen Segmente in der zur verantwortenden Region (Schweiz)
- Steuerung und Überwachung des Ausschreibungsprozesses von Gruppen
- und Eventanfragen sowie individuellen Vereinbarungen (RFP Handling)
- Erstellung und Umsetzung von Akquisitionsstrategien und verkaufsfördernden Maßnahmen bei kontinuierlicher Anpassung dieser entsprechend der Marktentwicklung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den in der Region befindlichen Hotels, den kommerziellen Abteilungen sowie Partnern
- Organisation und Umsetzung von Vertriebsaktivitäten und -aktionen
- Repräsentation auf relevanten Messen, Branchenevents, Kunden
- und Netzwerkveranstaltungen
- Aktives Cross Selling des Hotelportfolio
Qualifikation
- proaktiver Verkäufer mit hohem persönlichen Engagement
- abgeschlossenes Studium in der Tourismusindustrie oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie und bringst Berufserfahrung in genannter oder vergleichbarer Position mit
- Prioritäten erkennen und richtig zu setzen, stukturiert sowie zielorientiert in Deiner Arbeitsweise
- eine natürliche Art effizient Verkaufsgespräche (in Englisch und in Deutsch) zu führen und kundenorientiert zu handeln
- ein vielfältiges Hotelportfolio effektiv und profitabel vermarkten
- Flexibilität und eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
