Tasks

Responsibilities:

You are providing administrative support to the Office Manager and secure a smooth workflow on a day-to-day basis.

  • Handling of incoming mails
  • Reception / Guest welcoming
  • Organization and coordination of regional meetings
  • Coordination of secretarial activities
  • Responsible for all travel arrangements, flight bookings, hotel reservations, transfers, visa
  • Manage and track record of expense reports
  • Preparation of internal meetings and presentations
Requirements

Requirements

  • Commercial education
  • Fluency in Englisch and German
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong self-starter and mutli-task talented
  • Strong service orientation and sense of responsibility
