**Company Overview**:
Dialectic AG, a Swiss-based crypto asset manager is seeking an Event & Project Manager who will also act as an interim Office Assistant. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-growing venture capital fund, focused on investing in emerging crypto and blockchain technologies.
**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Plan and execute various events, including conferences and networking events.
- Develop project plans, set timelines, and manage project budgets to ensure timely and successful completion of projects.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure successful execution of events and projects.
- Maintain a calendar of events and project timelines to keep the team informed of upcoming deadlines and milestones.
- Manage travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics for team members attending events.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, travel arrangements, and maintaining records.
- Oversee office operations, including grocery orders, coordinating with janitorial staff + outside vendors, receiving mail/deliveries, general organization, and running various errands as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in event planning, project management, or administrative support.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in G-Suite and project management tools (Slack, Notion, Vimcal, etc).
- Experience working in the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry is a plus.
