Institutional Sales Manager

**Responsibilities include but not limited to**
- Prospect the market by developing contacts / prospects / clients in the institutional world (third-party managers, family offices, banks, pension funds, insurance companies, etc.) in order to promote and sell the company's various financial products
- Have a perfect technical knowledge of the different financial products offered by the company
- Promote the company's image, as well as better sales of its products through the organization of events, as well as in the context of participation in conferences
- Establish an adapted communication to transmit information about the company's products to targeted prospects/customers
- Put prospects/clients in contact with the various departments/persons within the company, paying particular attention to the fit between prospects/clients and colleagues to maximize the chances of selling the company's products
- Set up contact schedules with prospects and existing clients for financial and research analysts
- Active participation in professional and thematic forums, presentations to investors, as well as active participation in digital platforms and distribution platforms for investment products and funds
**Requirements**:
- 10+ years of proven sales background with Financial Institutions in Switzerland with a relevant established client network
- Ambitious, strong sales professional: performance-oriented, proactive, dynamic, resilient with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Works well as a member of a team and able to easily integrate with the rest of the group

- Operational & client-focused
- Fluency in German (preferably Swiss German) and English is a must
