Beschreibung & Anforderungen- For our Asset Management activities in Switzerland, we are seeking for a**Institutional Sales Asset Management, Zurich**
- Berenberg offers an extraordinary opportunity for an Institutional sales profile to join our team during an important and exciting phase of its growth. You will be part of an energetic environment with quick decision-making process, allowing rapid and significant career progression.**Your Responsibilities**:

- Business development mainly in the German speaking part of Switzerland
- Sales and distribution of Equities strategies (via open funds or mandate) and Private Debt
- Developing relationships with Pension funds and Insurance companies
- Expanding and maintaining relationship among key investors
- Establishing dedicated mandates with long-term investors
- Participate in RFP
- Completion of administrative tasks where necessary

**Your Profile**:

- Knowledge of financial markets especially Equities and Private Debt
- Established network with Swiss investors
- Experience in institutional sales
- Academic track record from a reputable university
- Entrepreneurial mindset, autonomous way of working and flexibility
- Fluent in spoken and written English and German is a necessity, alongside strong understanding of Swiss German
- Team spirit
