**About Crypto Finance**
The Crypto Finance Group - comprising two FINMA-regulated financial institutions and part of Deutsche Börse Group - offers professional digital asset solutions. This includes one of the first FINMA-approved securities firms with 24/7 brokerage services, custody, infrastructure, and tokenisation solutions for financial institutions, as well as the first FINMA-approved manager of collective assets for crypto assets, with an active, rules-based and index-based alternative investment fund offering, including the first Swiss crypto fund. The Crypto Finance Group is headquartered in Switzerland.

**About the role**
We are looking for a Sales Manager for the Crypto Finance Group, in charge of growing the sales pipeline for both institutional and professional client relationships (e.g. banks, ETP providers, crypto funds). In the role, you will execute the sales strategy with other sales team members.
The team you will join is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, prospect conversion, and the growth and servicing of institutional and professional client relationships. Target clients are primarily banks and asset managers interested in establishing and growing their own digital asset offerings. Our services offered include digital asset trading, custody, and staking.

**Key responsibilities**
- Source and foster new qualified leads (institutional and professional clients) and establish strong prospect business cases
- Further develop presence in the Swiss market by attending conferences, understanding the regulatory developments, and building a strong institutional and professional prospect network, enhancing Crypto Finance’s market position
- Employ a systematic sales process with CRM-guided pipeline and prospect management
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to convert leads into prospects, prioritising efforts to anticipate and ensure appropriate responses to prospect needs
- Contribute to the sales pipeline for digital asset services with a focus on custody, trading, and staking
- Activate and leverage your network with banks in Switzerland and/or the European Union
- Further develop service offering by providing prospect feedback and market intelligence
- Collaborate with account management regarding opportunities in the existing client base, including cross-selling of services, marketing activities, and events
- Further develop and implement business and sales strategies
- Develop new sales channels, platforms, and partnerships
**Requirements**:
**What we are looking for**
- A motivated individual with 3-5 years of institutional sales track record in a bank, custodian, financial data company, or similar
- Affinity for networking and building new commercial relationships
- Experienced in relationship building with banks and asset managers
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player
- A passion for blockchain technology and digital assets, including the crypto asset market
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and hands-on
- Highly proactive and outgoing personality - thrives in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English is a must
