We are a fast-growing AI startup focused on revolutionizing quality management in the manufacturing industry. We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team and help us drive revenue growth and build relationships with key clients.

As a Sales Manager at our company, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of sales strategies and supporting the management of a team of sales professionals. You will work closely with our product and marketing teams to gain a strong understanding of our AI platform and its capabilities, and use this knowledge to identify and pursue new sales opportunities. With your strong sales skills and ability to assist in closing deals, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth goals of our company.

**Key Responsibilities**
- You will work with customers to understand their needs and advise them on EthonAI products to turn them into hero users
- You will build strong business relationships with relevant decision makers at potential customers and clearly communicate the value of EthonAI products
- You will qualify incoming inquiries and identify the most promising customers for the company
- You will be responsible for converting offers into successful deals, using your sales skills and expertise to structure and document your activities in the company's CRM system
- You will work independently, taking ownership of your sales efforts and contributing to the overall success of EthonAI

**Tasks**
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close, including accurate pipeline forecasting
- Gain access to and navigate within large organizations and build ongoing relationships with your contacts
- Demonstrate EthonAI technology to end users and communicate their benefits
- Stay up-to-date on current trends in the SaaS, PaaS, AI, and cloud solutions sectors
- Ask thoughtful questions that assess business needs and their technical pain-points
- Educate key players and generate awareness around data-driven quality management
- Develop champions, stakeholder awareness, and close at the VP/C-level.
- Organize and report on all sales productivity on a consistent basis
- Leverage and collaborate with internal/external resources as a team player

**Skills & Experience**
- 3+ years experience selling into enterprise accounts
- A proven track record of 100%+ quota attainment in an inside sales capacity
- Experience in selling SaaS and/or PaaS solutions and/or selling manufacturing software (e.g., MES systems)
- Experience with prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing leads through the sales funnel
- Experience with creating and delivering sales presentations
- Ability to identify and overcome objections and effectively close deals
- Experience in working with channel partners is a plus

**Personal Qualifications**
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Fluent in spoken and written German is a plus
