**JOB DESCRIPTION**

The group is responsible for offering advice on all JPMAM strategies (segregated mandates and pooled funds). The target market includes the largest pension funds and insurance companies headquartered in Switzerland.

We would see this vacancy as a great entry level opportunity within our institutional business providing an ideal platform for students keen the get more insights on the Asset Management business. The 40-50% work time should be 2-2.5 days each week in the office (except for vacation or exams periods).

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with client advisors to support all facets of the sales and business development process
- Assist the sales team in maintaining prospect and client databases, ensure that critical client information is stored in the CRM Tool and kept up to date
- Coordinate with product teams on client presentations, portfolio reviews and ongoing relationship management efforts
- Partner with local marketing team on client events
- General ad-hoc admin support for the sales team
- Understand the regulatory and compliance framework, including Know Your Client (KYC) requirements Support the team in the Request For Proposal (RFP) Process

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Interest in Asset Management industry and investment funds.
- Strong communication skills. Languages - Fluency in German or French and English is absolutely necessary
- Self-starting team player, hardworking and eager to learn.
- Analytical skills - The ability to quantitatively analyze JPMAM's and the competition's products/performance.
- Experience in a client-servicing role would be an asset
