**Office Assistant for family office in Böttstein, AR**
We are looking for a hard-working and precise person to join our small family office in Böttstein, working under the direction of the Office Manager. Your title will be Office Assistant, and you will support the Office Manager and members of the family in daily tasks as well as long-term projects.
Your regular responsibilities will include:
- Updating the office diary and meeting schedule
- Researching and making travel arrangements
- Independently undertaking research projects
- Organisation and supervision of office maintenance
The real advantage of this job is the wide variety of tasks, no two days are ever the same Full-time or part-time (at least 25 hours per week) will both be considered.
- have experience of at least 10 years in a similar position such as a law firm, bank, trust office or accountancy firm
- be patient, punctual, precise and highly adaptable, as well as having a great eye for detail
- be proactive in tackling and solving problems independently
- have an exceptional work ethic, take pride in getting the job done and be determined to complete on time
- be keen to learn and to continuously improve their performance on both personal and professional levels
- have a good level of both spoken and written English
- have a native level of both spoken and written German
- additional qualifications such as a law or accountancy degree, knowledge of the Italian and/or Dutch language would be a bonus.
**Job Types**: 100%, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 - 45 per week
**Salary**: CHF4,000.00 - CHF5,000.00 per month
