Be our EC, BoD and General Counsel right hand. The EC office is a key support function for the EC, BoD and General Counsel, ensuring the effective running of day-to-day activities. Based in the company’s own location in central Zurich with 20 - 30 colleagues you will drive and represent the spirit of ABB E-Mobility to employees, customers, investors, and other stakeholders. The position includes office manager responsibility, ensuring the efficient operation of the facility as an important location in our global company. You will have the end-to-end process responsibility for all requests reaching the EC Office.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Maintain sensitive and complex EC and BoD and General Counsel calendar, requiring coordination with both internal and external executives, direct reports, and assistants
- Plan and book domestic and international travel and related requirements (flight bookings, visas, transfers, hotels, meeting rooms, travel briefings etc.).
- Schedule and organize internal Executive Committee and Board meetings incl. collecting of documentation and posting on Directors Desk
- Plan and organize team meetings as well as workshops inhouse and offsite
- As key responsible for the office in central Zurich ensure the office is managed in a safe, efficient, and engaging way
- Ensure the proactive management of our customer experience area
**Your background**:
- The highest standards in terms of ethics and confidentiality. You cope with confidential information on various levels with respect to upcoming organizational changes, people decisions, transactions or similar.
- Ability to work with executives, team members and at all levels, sometimes under pressure, while remaining proactive, collaborative, resourceful and efficient. You also have capability and willingness to take care of ad hoc tasks to support the team.
- As the heart and soul of our Zurich office you have strong people skills and customer focused attitude.
- Great organizational skills and a willingness to help create a fun working environment.
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
