Du bist dem Direktor des CEO Office unterstellt und unterstützt den CEO und die Managing Partner in ihrer Entscheidungsfindung.
Deine Aufgaben
**Executive Assistant CEO**:
- Du übernimmst die Kalenderführung für den CEO (sowie teils CFO), inkl. Terminkoordinationen der diversen Mandate des CEO
- Es ist für dich kein Problem, auch mal ausserhalb der regulären Arbeitszeiten für den CEO erreichbar zu sein
- Du bist verantwortlich für die gesamte Reiseorganisation und -koordination, teilweise auch für andere GL-Mitglieder und Mitarbeitende
- Du unterstützt den CEO und teils auch den CFO in organisatorischen und administrativen Bereichen des Tagesgeschäfts
**Associate CEO Office**:
- Du leitest kleine und mittlere Projekte und führst Workstreams für Projekte der Medgate-Gruppe
- Du entwirfst und prüfst Konzepte, Präsentationen, Entscheidungsvorlagen und andere Unterlagen für das Top-Management und Vorstandssitzungen
- Du führst Recherchen und erstellst Briefings, insbesondere zu Themen im Bereich Digital Healthcare (Markt, Wettbewerb, Trends, etc.)
- Du unterstützt das Controlling von strategischen Initiativen auf Gruppenebene
- Du leistet AdHoc-Support auf Anfrage in den Länderorganisationen (bis hin zu Ad-Interim-Support)
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Vorbereitung und Sicherstellung effizienter, ergebnisorientierter Meetings sowie die Organisation & Koordination von Meetings und Veranstaltungen

Dein Profil
- Du verfügst über eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder gleichwertige Ausbildung, mit einer Weiterbildung zur Direktionsassistenz
- Du verfügst über min. 2 Jahre Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
- Du bist eine kommunikative, analytische und engagierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Teamfähigkeit
- Frühere Erfahrungen mit BI- und Datenanalysetools in Digitalisierungsprojekten sowie Kenntnisse des Gesundheitswesens sind ein Plus
- Du denkst unkonventionell und beachtest gleichzeitig Details
- Du bist in der Lage komplexe Herausforderungen visuell vereinfacht darzustellen
- Du hast eine ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit und stilsichere Ausdrucksweise
- Du bist empathisch und diskret, kommunikativ, dienstleistungsorientiert sowie flexibel
- Du arbeitest selbständig und strukturiert und bist zuverlässig und teamfähig
- Du bist versiert im Umgang mit den MS Office Programmen
- Du sprichst sehr gut Deutsch und Englisch, Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
