We are seeking a proactive and highly organized **Executive Assistant & Office Manager **to provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to our leadership team and the wider organization. This **onsite role requires a daily presence at the office** to effectively oversee operations, support team members, and ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office environment.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Executive & Administrative Support**
- Provide calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and correspondence support for executives.
- Act as the main point of contact for external stakeholders, including investors, partners, and visitors.
- Organize and manage Board meetings, leadership meetings, and company events, ensuring preparation of agendas, materials, and follow-ups.
- Assist with document management, contracting processes, and administrative workflows.
**Office Operations**
- Oversee the procurement and management of office supplies, furniture, IT equipment, and vendor services.
- Coordinate and maintain office infrastructure, including equipment maintenance and cleanliness.
- Handle visitor reception, conference room scheduling, mail, deliveries, and catering arrangements.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Proven experience in executive support and office management roles.
- Ability and willingness to work onsite daily as part of the office team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external collaboration.
- Proficiency in office tools, document management systems, and administrative software.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
