Wir suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung in Zürich eine/n Product Manager Digital Customer Platforms, 80-100%.
Deine Aufgaben
Überführung der Weiterentwicklungsmassnahmen in Epics, User Stories und Tasks, sowie Planung und Priorisierung der Umsetzung und des Backlogs
Als Schnittstelle zwischen internen Stakeholdern und externen Dienstleistern: Aufnahme von neuen Anforderungen und Abklärung von fachlicher sowie technischer Machbarkeit mit Fokus auf Benutzerfreundlichkeit und Qualität
Sicherstellung eines übergreifenden und konsistenten User Trackings und Weiterentwicklung der Reporting-Landschaft mit dem Data + Insights Team
Schulung und Beratung der Mitarbeitenden im Content-Management und Content-Publishing
Dein Profil
Bachelorabschluss in BWL/Wirtschaftsinformatik oder äquivalent
Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Konzeption und Entwicklung digitaler Lösungen und/oder dem digitalen Produktmanagement sowie im Projektmanagement
Gute Kenntnisse der Webtechnologien (Drupal CMS, node.js, Typo3, APIs) und Webentwicklung (User Experience design, Usability, Search Engine Optimisation)
Erfahrung in der Webanalyse und der Verfolgung der wichtigsten Leistungsindikatoren im Web mit Google Analytics (GA4)
Erfahrung im Umgang mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern und ihren vielfältigen Interessen
Verständnis für Kundenbedürfnisse, lösungs
- und ergebnisorientiert
Strategisches Denken, starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, teamorientierte Persönlichkeit
Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch
