**Product Manager**

At Natzka, we’re revolutionizing the decision-making process for our customers working with
traditional data warehouse technologies. This ambitious goal is backed by the use of sophisticated

proprietary algorithms and the most recent results from artificial intelligence. We are looking for a

highly skilled Product Manager to make a massive impact in shaping the product strategy and

roadmap.

Zurich and/or Lugano, or remotely (partially).

**Responsibilities**:

- Envision and design the product requirements, strategy and roadmap of Natzka’s products

together with the company management.
- Build a common understanding throughout the organization about features, their value to

users, their prioritization, their interdependencies, and how they enable customer journeys.
- Impact the feature set and roadmap of our product by building and sharing domain

expertise that you translate into feature requests.
- Initiate and develop partnerships with third parties to build a robust ecosystem around our

platform.
- Build a deep and thorough understanding of the competition, analyze market data, and

be instrumental in running benchmarks and product comparisons.
- Develop the product positioning and messaging of our product and perform product

briefings and demos to the sales teams and customers.
- Identify and promote documentation and training content to be created for our customers.
- Contribute to the definition of our pricing models to meet revenue and profitability

objectives, as well as the product SLA and other parameters required to achieve customer

satisfaction.

**Experience/Requirements**:

- Proven record of managing digital products and their financial aspects at the enterprise

level
- Demonstrated experience in shaping a data-driven SaaS product and its ecosystem
- Good understanding of cloud services
- Excellent understanding of the data analytics landscape and of AI concepts
- Knowledge of benchmarking tools and standards
- Strong writing and presentation skills
- University degree in computer science or a related field
- Swiss citizenship or eligibility for a Swiss work permit
- Fluency in English
