**CRM Product Manager (FR/GER)**:
**For a large company active in the financial sector, we are currently looking for a Product Manager CRM (Microsoft Dynamics).**

**YOUR TASKS**
- Work closely with top management to define a cross-functional, robust, and ambitious CRM vision.
- Support the business in identifying the issues to be resolved
- Prioritize the needs by the added value provided
- Communicate regularly on the product and its developments in an appropriate manner
- Through experimentation, prototyping and testing, ensure that new features and capabilities are easy to use and effectively solve business problems
- Work with Change Management to define an approach to support users and adoption of the solution
- Evaluate current processes and opportunities for CRM improvement
- Work closely with the CRM IT team to define, design, agree, adapt, and deploy functionality
- Identify, analyze, and assess risks

- More than 5 years' experience in CRM product management, ideally in the insurance sector
- Certified experience in Agile methodology (SAFe, Scrum Product Owner)
