Eucan CRM Product Owner

For our HQ in Zürich, we are looking for a **CRM Product Owner** who will drive the overall Takeda vision of becoming a digital leader in the Biotechnology industry and elevate customer engagement and deliver better patient outcomes.
You will shape the CRM product vision for Europe and Canada (EUCan) and own the end-to-end lifecycle management, including change management and prioritization based on EUCan business imperatives.
As CRM Product Owner you are responsible for leading teams from requirements definition to release and acceptance of enhancements and development as completed. Moreover, you will be responsible for managing and prioritizing requirements (stories) in the backlog by leveraging the EUCan DDTC (Digital, Data and Technology Council).
You will report to the EUCan DD&T Head of NGCE (Next Generation Customer Engagement).
**_ ACCOUNTABILITIES _**
- Develop and own the CRM product vision for EUCan, harmonizing a fragmented regional CRM and data landscape with a future-proof blueprint that enables EUCan’s regional NGCE strategy
- Synchronize CRM/SFE standards with EUCan business priorities, leading and influencing both Franchise and LOC stakeholders, with alignment from respective product owners of interconnected and downstream products (NGCE-suite of solutions, NBA, OCE, EDB)
- Challenge status quo and establish industry-leading best practices in CRM/SFE
- Partner with Veeva, Salesforce and internal Shared Platform Services teams to ensure seamless and disruption-free transition of CRM operability and usability while the platform transitions from Salesforce to Vault.
- Align delivery expectations with key business stakeholders, e.g., EUCan Brand Franchise teams (including Medical) and relevant LOC stakeholders
- Assure integrity of the product in alignment and collaboration with the Shared Platform Services team and supporting functions (e.g. compliance, regulatory, legal) for all CRM related products
- Lead team through process of defining product requirements: make sure they are complete, integral, consistent and the sole source of requirements for the team
- Own the CRM product roadmap and development backlog, ensuring that both are prioritized against business goals
- Align and harmonize backlog with service requests surfacing from support model/team
- Manage planning sprints and ensure product team accurately interprets CRM user stories/requirements and delivers against sprint plans and backlogs
- Oversee initiation and execution of continuous improvement efforts
- Develop change management strategy, including communications and training plans as needed
**_ SKILLS and LEADERSHIP CAPABILITIES_**
**Experience and Education**
- 10+ years of relevant CRM, Digital Marketing and Customer Experience solutions experience.
- Significant knowledge of commercial & marketing processes, particularly with Salesforce Effectiveness or Commercial Excellence/Operations and underlying data in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong technical experience of CRM and Customer Experience systems
- Knowledge of AWS Cloud Basics
- Certifications - Veeva CRM Administrator, AGILE SAFE preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
