True Wealth is the Swiss pioneer in online wealth management. Already over 20,000 clients entrust their assets to our investment solution and we are constantly developing our platform to make investing even simpler, transparent and more cost effective. We pass on the advantages of digitalisation to our customers, enabling them to invest, and provide for their retirement, as efficiently as possible.

To meet the rising popularity of our investment solution and to ensure high quality of our product and continue innovating the way wealth management is done, you will take ownership in this important product owner role, closely interacting with your product owner peer, developers, UX/UI designers, marketing and management teams as well as external stakeholders. The role will be reporting to the CEO.

**Your responsibilities**
- Take ownership of product initiatives and drive them from initiation, to definition, implementation and release, effectively collaborating with other PO, designers, engineers, compliance and marketing colleagues
- Identify and understand customer needs and translate them into scalable and delightful product features. Strive to continuously improve our offering
- Analyse, understand, define and document business requirements, including regulatory requirements. Push for solutions that provide excellent user experience
- Guide sprint execution together with the product leadership team. Maintain a high quality product backlog together with other PO and engineers
- Interact with institutional clients and partners to manage dependencies, change requests and bug fixes

**Your profile**
- Work experience as a product owner or similar function in the digital space
- Strong business analysis and conceptual skills, paying attention to necessary details. Data-driven approach to decision making
- Ability to effectively communicate ideas and plans and create a shared understanding in the team
- Ability to manage projects, ensure timelines and communicate with stakeholders
- High agency spirit, hands-on, curious and flexible mind set
- Fluent in both English and German
- Prior experience in the fintech space is a plus
- General knowledge of asset management, the regulatory environment of wealth management, and the area of occupational pension schemes (3a, FZG, 1e) is a plus
- Intrinsically motivated to craft the vision of a product from overall strategy down to the fine details
