**eCommerce Product Owner**:

eCommerce (ABB Shop) for ABB Motion aims at delivering superior customer experience, by providing a one-stop shop for ABB’s customers and enabling high-quality interactions throughout the buying journey. The business priorities for eCommerce are centered around increasing adoption, driving productivity, and realizing additional growth. The eCommerce Product Owner is the ultimate product owner of eCommerce products and responsible for the global delivery and releases of the eCommerce digital products using Agile and Scrum methodologies. Your primary objective is to execute on the ABB Motion Digital Sales strategy by fostering collaboration internally and with our customers, enhancing customer experience, and drive online sales growth. You will work closely with other talented and dedicated business and information system (IS) resources. You will be closely collaborating with business stakeholders, the Agile Project Manager, ABB customers, and external partners. The eCommerce Product Owner will be part of the ABB Motion Business Area Digital Sales team and will lead a team of product specialists and business analysts. This position reports to the Global Digital Sales Strategy and Adoption Lead. This position is remote, with a preference for a location with ABB offices in a European time zones.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Clearly define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to all team members and stakeholders to align efforts toward achieving product goals.
- Prioritize and refine the product backlog, ensuring all items are well-understood, estimated, and ranked according to their value.
- Serve as the primary liaison for stakeholders, gathering requirements, and managing their expectations while balancing the needs of the business.
- Coordinate ABB Shop releases pipeline and guide the agile project manager, fostering a strong partnership with the Agile Project Manager, aligning on release plans, sprint goals, and timelines to ensure a smooth delivery process.
- Ensure that all delivered solutions meet the defined acceptance criteria, maintaining a strong focus on product quality.
- Actively seek feedback from stakeholders and team members, using insights gained to drive continuous improvement in both the product and the development process.
- Organize input events for Innovation and competitive advantage.
- Identify and address potential risks associated with the product, taking a proactive approach to risk management.
- Keep abreast of market trends and user needs, ensuring the product remains relevant and user centric. Utilize analytics and customer/user feedback to monitor product performance, advocating for necessary improvements or strategic changes.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure smooth platform build-up
- Tracking and reporting progress against vision.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide clear and concise status reporting on progress of developments.
- Drive transparency for key stakeholders relating to prioritization of developments
- Manage the entire process in Jira and updates it daily
- Lead team of product specialist and business analysts

**Your background**:

- Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a relevant field
- Fluent in spoken and written English with strong negotiation, communication, and facilitation skills
- Fluency in eCommerce technology and processes
- Comprehensive understanding of Agile principles and methodologies and software development lifecycle.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in a Product Owner role or similar position with online business in an agile setting.
- Exceptional communication capabilities, able to clearly convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills, with a keen ability to discern user needs and translate them into actionable product features.
- Demonstrated leadership, team, project management, and prioritization abilities, inspiring and guiding teams towards achieving their goals.
- Highly organized with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a virtual, cross-cultural, and cross-time zone environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the agile software development lifecycle.
- Experience managing requirements across multiple countries or businesses.
- Experience managing a team with direct reports
