**Applikationsmanager/-in bzw. Product Owner, befristet auf 12 Monate 80 - 100%**:
Das Amt für Gesundheit sorgt für eine hochstehende und wirtschaftlich tragbare Gesundheitsversorgung im Kanton Zürich. Es stellt eine lückenlose medizinische Behandlung und Betreuung sicher und fördert die Gesundheit der Zürcher Bevölkerung. Das Ressort Staatsbeiträge KVG & IV der Abteilung Tarife & Rechnungskontrolle prüft die Zahlungspflicht des Kantons sowie die materielle und formelle Korrektheit der Rechnungen von Schweizer Spitälern für stationäre Behandlungen. Die Rechnungskontrolle erfolgt fallbezogen mithilfe eines elektronischen Prüfsystems. Pro Jahr werden so mehr als 250'000 Rechnungsbelege mit einem Volumen von rund 1,5 Mrd. Franken verarbeitet. Wir suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung

eine/n datenanalytisch versicherte/n Applikations-Manager/-in bzw. Product Owner (80-100%), befristet auf 12 Monate.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Fachapplikationsverantwortung für die Rechnungsprüfsoftware (Changing, Testing, Rollout, Indicent-Management)
- Weiterentwicklung und Pflege des Internen Kontrollsystems (IKS) in Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Spezialisten
- Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung von SQL-Scripts für komplexe Datenbankabfragen im Bereich der Staatsbeiträge KVG & IV, u.a. im Rahmen der Prozesse rund um die Jahresrechnung und Budgetierung der Leistungsgruppen 6300 und 6400 des Kantons sowie der Weiterentwicklung und Anwendung der Tarifsysteme
- Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der für die Rechnungskontrolle vorhandenen Instrumente, insbesondere der Rechnungsprüfsoftware sowie deren Schnittstellen
- Mitarbeit im Rahmen der manuellen Rechnungskontrolle (u.a. im Rahmen von IKS-Kontrollen)
- Wissensvermittlung, Durchführung teaminterner Schulungen
- Unterstützung sowie Federführung in zugeteilten Aufgaben und Projekten (z.B. EFAS)

**Unsere Anforderungen**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Information Science, Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung als Product Owner, Application Manager/-in, IT-Projektleiter/-in, Requirements Engineer oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle, vorzugsweise im Gesundheitswesen
- Vertiefte Anwenderkenntnisse bei fachbezogenen Datenbankabfragen mit SQL
- Praktische Erfahrung mit Projektmanagementmethode HERMES von Vorteil
- Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Zuverlässigkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft
- Sorgfältige und selbständige Arbeitsweise
- Hands-on Mentalität
- Aufgeschlossene und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit
