**Responsibilities**
- Product Owner for end-to-end implementation of financial products and services (structured products and derivatives cross assets)
- Gather requirements, design, build and test front-to-back systems to ultimately facilitate product hedging and issuance process
- Work closely with cross functional stakeholders (trading, sales, treasury, operation, IT, risk, compliance etc.)
- Conduct regular stakeholder meetings with clear roadmap, task list, remove impediments and foster collaboration
- Incorporate risk management tools and features into trading systems to enable effective risk monitoring and control
- Analyse regulatory requirements (ESG, EMIR, MIFID, Finfrag etc) and its impact on product issuance
- Manage the product / services life cycle from conception through release (incl. testing)
- Maintain the markets products and services catalogue
- Work with an Agile development team to re-fine and prioritize features and stories andparticipate in sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives- Anforderungen

**Requirements**:

- Several years of experience as a product owner or business analyst in the financial industry
- In-depth knowledge of structured products and the product issuance flow of cross asset structured products and derivatives
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and tools like Jira and confluence
- Understanding of regulatory requirements in financial industry
- Fluent in English

**Nice to have**
- Degree as CFA, CAIA or FRM
- German language skills
