Head of Sales

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Head of Sales specializing in Structured Products to join a leading financial institution and the team of Sales professionals in Zürich, to oversee the development and execution of Sales strategies for the Structured Products portfolio.
**Role**:
- Develop and implement effective Sales strategies to meet and exceed growth targets for Structured Products.
- Lead and manage a team of Sales professionals.
- Work closely with products development teams to create and promote innovative Structured Products solutions that meet clients needs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
**Experience**:
- Extensive experience in sales of Structured Products.
- Proven track record of achieving Sales targets and driving business growth.
- Deep understanding of Structured Products, Financial Markets, and Investment Strategies.
- Demonstrated success in achieving significant P&L results.
