Gestalten Sie als Global Head of Sales (m/w/d) das internationale Wachstum eines Schweizer Herstellers von High-Tech Komponenten der Medizintechnik. Sie agieren vor Ort und vom Homeoffice aus der Schweiz oder Deutschland.
**Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Strategische Weiterentwicklung der Business Unit Medical mit Fokus auf „Commercial Excellence“, verbunden mit der Optimierung und Ausrichtung der vertrieblichen Strukturen, Aktivitäten und Prozesse.
- Kompetente Führung, nachhaltige Motivation, Weiterentwicklung und Teamausbau der derzeit fünf Teammitglieder (internationales Team).
- Planung und strategische Weiterentwicklung von Bestandskunden und Generierung von Neugeschäft.
- Beteiligung an der Weiterentwicklung der Unternehmensstrategie und Ableitung der damit verbunden Ziele für den Vertrieb.
**Sie bringen mit**:
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung (Vertrieb, Business Development, Key Account Management) bei einem international tätigen Unternehmen der Medizintechnik. Idealerweise Erfahrungen bei einem Hersteller von medizintechnischen Komponenten/Bauteilen (Zulieferer).
- Erfahrung als Führungskraft in der fachlichen und persönlichen Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden. Gerne kommen wir auch mit KandidatInnen der zweiten Reihe ins Gespräch.
- Erfahrung in der Anbahnung / Abschluss von geschäftlichen Transaktionen.
- Erfahrung in der Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung von Vertriebsstrategien.
