Head of Marketing

**Here's what you'll do**:
- Develop the marketing strategy jointly with the CEO to support the company’s overall strategies and objectives
- Develop a marketing and communications plan for the company jointly with the CEO and oversee its day-to-day implementation and track it with the respective KPIs
- Manage and coordinate an international marketing team: support, train, coach, and empower team members
- Define, implement, and track marketing activities that help generate relevant leads for sales and help account penetration
- Plan and organize marketing activities (online and offline) together with sales, upholding the company’s unique “voice”
- Collaboration with product managers for SkyCell and SkyMind
- Preparing and managing the marketing budget under the defined marketing and communications strategy
- Liaise with other departments to guide a unified approach that meets market demands
- Cross-functional implementation of the marketing and communications strategy
**Requirements**:
**This is what you'll need**:
- Bachelors or Masters Degree or similar in Business / Marketing management with an excellent track record
- Experience in Head of Marketing or similar role within a global BTB company, including successful management of a team of 5-10 people
- Profound knowledge of developing efficient strategies and implementation plans for all marketing aspects
- Experience in successful sales and marketing campaigns for Business-to-Business
- Experienced in external party management such as PR agencies and marketing agencies including negotiation of contracts
- In-depth knowledge of Sales & Marketing Performance Measures
- In-depth knowledge of CMS, CRM, and social media tracking tools
- Very strong communication skills (written and verbal); Must be a proactive, open, and direct communicator who engages comfortably and credibly in
- and outside of the organization.
- Strong entrepreneurial thinking and solution-oriented mindset and a proven track record of turning ideas into reality
- Very good command of English, every other language is a plus
