**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
You will develop and oversee the delivery of a corporate communications strategy to build BCG’s reputation and thought leader position, including writing, and editing effective copies.

Together with the marketing community, you will develop a stakeholder engagement strategy to maximize relationships with clients, investors, partners, and intermediaries. In close collaboration with your peers and the local leadership team, you will provide a new structure and framework in terms of positioning and marketing from which our cross-functional team can develop marketing activities to support our organization’s objectives.

You will act as an ambassador and enabler in all things brand related to ensure consistent experiences of the organization’s mission and values across all channels, ensuring the integrity of our brand is maintained and promoted at all times. You will monitor and measure the effectiveness of all marketing and communications activities for your local market. You will develop concepts for and manage the local internal communications as well as the local marketing budget.

You will be responsible for the forward-thinking, strategic alignment of our marketing activities with the local (Swiss) as well as regional (Central Europe) and global leadership. You will be working closely with different Marketing & Communications teams out of our CE M&C community who drive our flagship events, cooperations, media relations, and alumni network.

**YOU'RE GOOD AT**:

- Presenting innovative, pragmatic proposals and solutions to stakeholders of all hierarchical levels and in different settings
- Building structured approaches to complex tasks, working in a solution-oriented manner, and persuading with creativity, responsible decision-making, and the ability to work in a team
- Brining your strong strategical and conceptual skills and fascination for complex topics to bear
- Keeping the whole BCG brand and topic architecture in mind while meeting local requirements
- Quickly becoming familiar with new topics and asking the right questions and summarizing complex topics for communication purposes
- Orchestrating and creating content in various forms
- Displaying empathy and a high sense of responsibility while keeping a cool head even during intense project phases
- Demonstrating a commitment to self-development and developing others, building long-term staff capability and competency in and beyond your own team
- Bringing your key attributes of excellent organizational skills, service orientation, and flexibility to bear

**YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**:

- A university degree (master’s) in economics, marketing, journalism, politics, or in a comparable field of expertise
- Fluency in English (C2), good understanding of German (spoken and written)
- At least six years of relevant work experience, preferably in a similar position or as economic journalist, editor, etc.
- Good knowledge of the Swiss market, professional services or B2B stakeholder landscape, media landscape, and/or in international business journalism
- Strong leadership skills coupled with the composure required to thrive under pressure; experience with working in agile teams welcome

**YOU'LL WORK WITH**:
Reporting to the Central Europe Head of Marketing & Communications, you will be part of our highly motivated and committed Swiss marketing and communications community, working closely with the local leadership team, various stakeholders, such as practice area leaders or HR, and communication experts. You will not only work with our local teams but also with regional or global teams in a truly international setting.
