**Your role**

In UBS Switzerland we are looking for a new Head of our Digital Marketing Subchapter - which is part of the Digital Sales Chapter. As Head of Digital Marketing you are set out, to create a best-in-class performance marketing department, by outlining the strategic agenda, setting the milestones and implement best practices that you’ve gathered in your previous managerial roles within this field and industry. The role requires a senior profile with vast performance marketing experience and strong managerial skills. With a strong drive and competitive mindset, you help pulling the tech, team and targets in the right direction, while delivering on concrete acquisition and lead targets.

Responsibilities and mandate:

- Lead the Digital Marketing Subchapter including managerial responsibilities for all team members
- Act with the full mandate of Digital Sales Chapter with regards to performance marketing
- Set out the strategic milestones and develop a best-in-class Digital Marketing team and setup
- Achieve Performance Marketing targets (acquisition and lead generation) and overall OKRs, for the entire Digital Sales Chapter
- Evaluate and optimize media budget allocation via consolidating relevant data, analyzing and generating insights and derived actions
- Optimize forecasting models for ambitious and realistic target setting related to Performance Marketing*, for the entire Digital Sales Chapter
- Manage external agencies used for activation and production - including evaluating the output hereof
- Responsible for the teams’ ability to meet the demand of the internal customers, as well as managing stakeholders
- Responsible for ongoingly evaluate and optimize tech stack for Performance Marketing

Digital Marketing Subchapter UBS Switzerland consists of 6 skilled and competent profiles, which are working independently as part of the agile setup implemented. You'll be working in the Center of Excellence (CoE) for Marketing & Digital Sales. In our agile organization you will be collaborating with product and client need teams and key stakeholders to deliver leads for outbound and sales activities, as well as fully digital onboarding journeys.

**Your expertise**
- excellent managerial skills and several years of experience heading up performance marketing teams
- deep knowledge and hands on experience working with Paid Media, Performance Marketing and Search for lead generation
- a strong drive and competitive mindset
- structured and analytical in your work and are good at communicating findings to relevant stakeholders
- win-as-one attitude and are able to collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the business to achieve common goals
- strong understanding on how to align lead generating activities and implement them through best practices
- extensive experience with online marketing platforms and tools such as Adobe Analytics/Experience Cloud, Google DN, Paid Social is a requirement
- relevant experience from the financial sector (or another regulated industry) is a requirement
- excellent written and verbal communication skills, and are confident in your ability to write clear in English (German proficiency is a plus)

- a fast learner and able to cope with a dynamic and changing environment in an agile setup
- willing and able to primarily work from our office in Zurich
