In your new role, you are responsible for shaping and executing our digital marketing strategy and managing the related budget; you work closely with our content, product, PR and account-based marketing teams as well as with external partners to coordinate campaigns. You’ll leverage the latest tech available such as Demandbase, Hubspot, SparkToro, Moz, etc. to gain insights and reach out to the community.
To be successful in this position, you should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Tasks
- Directly responsible for the company’s digital marketing budget, marketing plan and its execution to achieve your goals
- Together with our Growth Marketing Coordinator and content team: Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Project teams management or resources management is to be expected
**Requirements**:
We are looking for a motivated individual who likes to be part of a fast-paced, ambitious international company. We are looking for people that can think out of the box and show exceptional commitment as well as:
- A growth and entrepreneurial mindset
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Global 2000/Enterprise B2B digital marketing, ideally in a start-up, technology or real estate/facility management company
- Result-oriented with a successful track record in digital marketing
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and with A/B, multivariate experiments
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (in English) and organizational abilities, German a plus.
- You are self-motivated, positive, people-oriented, and have an energetic attitude
- Knowledge and ability to work with OKRs and the SCRUM framework is a plus.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
