**About the Role**:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing business team supporting two of our highly innovative software products:

- **
Genedata Imagence** for AI-based image analysis which currently transforms how biopharma companies run their HCS campaigns.
- **
Genedata Screener** for analyzing and managing bioassay data in biotherapeutics discovery projects across the biopharmaceutical R&D organization.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop and execute digital marketing approaches to support and promote our successful, cutting-edge biopharma R&D software solutions, in use by global biopharma organizations and innovative biotechs. The position also offers a high level of interactivity and responsibility in a growing company, and the opportunity to work as part of a strong international team.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize, plan, execute and measure the impact of digital marketing campaigns
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies with sales and marketing stakeholders to design, build, and maintain our social media presence
- Shape and own social media and website activities of Genedata Screener and Genedata Imagence and collaborate with internal teams to optimize user experience
- Run advertisement campaigns incl. AdWords and LinkedIn campaigns
- Produce digital product collateral such as sales presentations, product overviews, FAQs and blogs, product videos
- Drive lead generation through market research, systematic lead generation and nurturing
- Configure and run marketing automation workflows
- Use our CRM system and Google Analytics to produce campaign statistics and digital dashboards
- Drive internal communication of sales and marketing activities

**Skills & Experience**:

- Domain background in natural sciences, computer science, bioinformatics, ideally with work experience in Biopharma R&D
Experience in marketing software products, or at least a proven flair for software
- Experience in supporting field sales
- Ideally experience in B2B marketing
- Proficiency in English with excellent writing and proof-reading skills is required
- Team player, curious personality combined with strong willingness to learn our business: software in biopharmaceutical R&D
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and dedicated to quality of work with a hands-on mentality
**Big Plus**
- Understanding of biopharmaceutical R&D processes and workflows
- Experience with producing videos and working with the Adobe Creative Suite
