**Internship Digital Marketing**

**DEINE AUFGABEN UND LERNFELDER**:

- Unterstützung des Digital Marketing Managers in der Umsetzung der digitalen Agenda für alle Marken von Bayer Consumer Health Switzerland
- Projektmanagement zur Aktualisierung des Website-Inhalts für alle relevanten Bayer Consumer Health Schweiz Webseiten inkl. kleineren Content-Updates
- Überwachung und Verbesserung von SEO-KPIs
- Unterstützung der Brandmanagern bei der Lokalisierung vorhandener globaler Markeninhalte in lokal relevante Inhalte für Online Werbemittel und E-Content-Toolkits (Anpassung von Content
- und Design-Assets an lokale Marktanforderungen, Bereitstellung von Assets in bestimmten Formaten)
- Unterstützung bei der Betreuung von Kampagnen (SEA, Programmatic, Social Advertising, Influencer usw.)
- Erstellen von Berichten und Datenanalysen von Website
- und Kampagnen-KPIs durch Arbeiten mit verschiedenen Dashboard-Lösungen wie Google Analytics, Data Studio, Tableau usw.
- Monitoring von digitalen Trends und andere Ad-hoc-Aufgaben
- Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung und Umsetzung eines B2C Newsletters

- Arbeiten in einem internationalen Umfeld mit einer hohen Lernkurve als Koordinator zwischen Markenmanager, Digital Marketing Manager und medizinischem Team sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit externen Agenturen und globaler IT
- Ein auf deine Bedürfnisse zugeschnittenes Entwicklungsprogramm, einschliesslich regelmässiger Feedback-Sitzungen
- Regelmässige Schulungen (on / off the job) und unser Mentoring-Programm runden das Programm ab

**WER DU BIST**
- Laufendes Studium im Bachelor in Business Administration ist sehr wünschenswert
- Lernfreudig, gut organisiert, selbständige Arbeit und schnelles Verständnis
- Begeisterung und Interesse an digitaler Kommunikation und Innovation
- Bestehende, aber nicht unbedingt tiefe Kenntnisse in Digital, einige Erfahrungen wünschenswert
- Grundlegendes Know-how im Projektmanagement - vorzugsweise im Bereich „Digital“
- Lösungsorientiert und konzeptionelle Denkweise und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Fliessend in Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse
