- Inbound Sales - Bearbeitung von eingehenden Anfragen wie Anrufe und E-Mails von Interessenten und bestehenden Kunden
- Verkaufsunterstützung - Angebote/Verträge erarbeiten und verwalten
Qualifikation
- laufendes oder abgeschlossenes Studium an einer Hochschule, Bereich Marketing, Betriebswirtschaft, Kommunikation o. Ä.
- dienstleistungsorientierte, zielorientierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise
- dynamisches, kommunikationsstarkes und empathisches Auftreten gegenüber externen Stakeholdern und Mitarbeitenden
- sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch; Französisch und Italienisch von Vorteil
- fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office; Adobe CC von Vorteil
- hohe IT-Affinität
