**VOS TÂCHES**:

- Travailler étroitement avec le top management pour définir une vision CRM transverse, robuste et ambitieuse.
- Accompagner les métiers dans l’identification des problèmes à résoudre
- Prioriser les besoins par la valeur-ajoutée apportée
- Communiquer régulièrement sur le produit et ses évolutions de manière adaptée
- Par le biais de l'expérimentation, du prototypage et des tests, s'assurer que les nouvelles fonctionnalités et capacités sont faciles à utiliser et résolvent efficacement les problèmes de l'entreprise
- Collaborer avec le Change Management pour définir une approche afin d’accompagner les utilisateurs et soutenir l’adoption de la solution
- Evaluer les processus actuels et les opportunités d’amélioration du CRM
- Collaborer étroitement l’équipe IT CRM pour définir, concevoir, accepter, adapter et déployer des fonctionnalités
- Identifier, analyser et évaluer les risques

**Expérience**:

- Plus de 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de produits CRM, dans l’idéal dans le secteur des assurances
- Expérience certifiée en méthode Agile (SAFe, Scrum Product Owner)
