**Global Service Product Manager**:

The Global Service Product Manager is in charge of driving the long-term profitable growth and marketing of the ABB Analytical service offering globally, by developing, productizing, and managing common services, according to market needs and Analytical business line strategy and targets. You will work closely with global sales, service and marketing teams as well as individual product line service product managers to define marketing plans and manage roll-out of service offerings globally. In this role you will develop and manage the common Analytical service products including Service agreements, spare parts, product repair, and technical support services according to market needs and the strategy and targets for the Analytical business. You will play a key role in supporting the business in integrating digital service offerings within traditional service agreements to improve performance and customer satisfaction including wider adoption of self-service tools.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Productization and management of common services covering all phases from idea, development, release, roll-out and management including: service agreements, spare parts management, technical support and repairs
- Developing a business plan for spare parts, service agreements (Measurement Care), product life cycle services. Tracking performance metrics and implementing measures to maximize profitability.
- Ensuring that each product line offers all required services globally to a common standard.
- Developing sales and tendering tools, and creating product training modules and programs
- Defining the service portfolio customer value proposition for segments and channels, ensuring clear communication, and delivering clear positioning within the portfolio
- Supporting the development and promotion of self-service tools and ensuring master data is of sufficient standard
- Heading up studies of market intelligence, defining market segmentation and identifying potential gaps in the portfolio
- Initiating and driving cross-functional product and solution innovation teams, monitoring the development of all standards and market trends, and assisting to Research & Development with patent-screening processes
- Driving the annual business planning process, and monitoring global sales targets and tender volumes
- Developing a strong global team, and inspiring and motivating employees to achieve targets

**Your background**:

- 7 years of experience working in an industrial orientated company
- Experience working in relevant roles including service manager, project manager or product manager.
- Experience working in service-orientated companies with strong customer focus
- Sound knowledge of developing and scaling service products / products or new solutions globally
- The ability to anticipate customer needs and market trends
- Strong, well-developed communication, influencing, coaching and management skills
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, business development, Engineering or equivalent
