**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the service portfolio for the Azipod installed base. You will oversee the entire process, from initial concept to the end of the service product's life, with a strong focus on customer value. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver the most valuable service portfolio to our customers throughout the entire life cycle of our installed base. Additionally, you will work closely with product portfolio management to create life cycle management models for our products, ensuring high reliability and efficiency to meet customer expectations. Working as a Global Product Manager, you will be a member of the Service line Marine Propulsion service. The work model for the role is: #LI-hybrid This role is contributing to the Division Marine & Ports You will be mainly accountable for: - Service product portfolio of Azipod units. - Working together with vessel owners and operators to understand their expectations regarding the Azipod service portfolio. - Defining the customer value proposition for vessel segments to adjust our offering accordingly. - In charge of service portfolio sales budget and profitability. - Developing the service product roadmap and leading portfolio development with R&D. - Collaborating with product portfolio managers to ensure that serviceability is considered in new products and to define and implement life cycle plans for our products. - Guiding, coaching and developing the skills and knowledge of our global and local teams. This position requires regular travel, as our business is truly global with customers all over the world.

**Qualifications for the role**:

- You have more than 8 years of experience in marine industry.
- Highly adept in managing service portfolio sales and marketing.
- You are skilled in working in marketing and sales and product management.
- You have experience with electric propulsions -systems including podded propulsion solutions.
- You are collaborative, strong in building relationships and have a solution-focused approach.
- Degree in naval
- / electrical
- or mechanical engineering.
- You are at ease communicating in English.
