Sie unterstützt die Universitätsleitung in der Gestaltung der Aussenbeziehungen und koordiniert zudem die Umsetzung der Internationalisierungsstrategie der UZH.

**Ihre Aufgaben**: Als Project Manager Global Welcome sind Sie Teil des Teams Global Welcome. Global Welcome leitet einerseits die Stabsstelle innerhalb von Global Affairs und ist zuständig für die Konzipierung und Implementierung von strategischen Projekten im Rahmen der Global Strategy 2030 der UZH. Ausserdem betreut Global Welcome die Flüchtlingsstelle und das Global Welcome Center der UZH. In Ihrer Funktion als Project Manager Global Affairs übernehmen Sie die Leitung und Mitarbeit auf konzeptioneller und operativer Ebene bei abteilungsübergreifenden Projekten und bei der Umsetzung von verschiedenen strategischen Projekten im Rahmen der Global Strategy 2030. Sie sind verantwortlich für die Koordination und Pflege von UZH-internen Schnittstellen und externen Netzwerken sowie für die Vorbereitung von Evaluationen, Berichterstattungen und Anträgen. Ein aktuelles Projekt der Global Strategy 2030 ist die verantwortungsvolle Internationalisierung der UZH, z.B. in Bezug auf internationale Forschungskollaborationen, Vertragsabschlüsse mit internationalen Partnern oder Reisetätigkeiten. Zusätzlich dazu übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für das operative Tagesgeschäft der Flüchtlingsstelle. Hier sind Sie zusammen mit einem studentischen Mitarbeiter verantwortlich für die Koordination und Organisation des Kursangebots, für die Pflege von UZH-internen Schnittstellen, für die Betreuung und Beratung von Teilnehmenden sowie für die Beantwortung von Anfragen von studieninteressierten Geflüchteten oder Forschenden sowie Beratungsstellen und Behörden.

**Ihr Profil**: Sie verfügen über einen Hochschulabschluss auf Masterstufe, z.B. in Politikwissenschaft, Geschichte oder Rechtswissenschaft, und verfügen über gute Kenntnisse der Schweizer Hochschullandschaft. Zudem haben Sie ein starkes Interesse an Themen rund um die internationale Vernetzung in Forschung und Lehre von Hochschulen und der Internationalisierung allgemein. Die globale Ausrichtung von Schweizer Hochschulen, die eine verantwortungsvolle Mobilität von Studierenden und Forschenden ermöglicht und fördert, ist Ihnen ein wichtiges Anliegen. Sie bringen idealerweise bereits (Arbeits-)erfahrung aus dem Hochschulumfeld und/oder der Arbeit mit Geflüchteten mit.
