The role of the Account / Project Manager is to take ownership for
the successful execution of SaaS clients and projects, and for building the relationship with your clients. This includes developing a complete understanding of the scope in collaboration with the client, planning all project activities, and coordinating internal and client efforts.

The Account / Project Manager will also work to secure required resources, assure quality control activities, and generally take ownership of the overall success of the project and ensures customers satisfaction.

Tasks
- Take full ownership of the execution of the project from inception to closure
- Serve as a primary liaison between our clients and our suppliers
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
- Coach, mentor, and motivate project team members
- Set and continually manage project expectations with clients, suppliers, team members and other stakeholders
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
- Where required, negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company
- Build, develop, and grow client relationships vital to the success of the project
- Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements documentation, and presentations
- Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years work experience within a SaaS company.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage time and workload.
- Entrepreneurial product-oriented approach and drive to make difference.
- Proven experience in B2B and/or marketplace products

growth.
- Great balance of being creative and being analytical.
- Fluent in English and German (Swiss German is a plus).
- Staffing / Recruitment experience would be “nice to have”.
