About the job- Manage various consumer centric CRM end-to-end processes development and CRM omnichannel processes development. Constantly optimizing and improving existing systems and related processes for the customer identity management tool (CIAM). Looking for new opportunities to enhance the customer experience- Collect, validate, and coordinate CRM stakeholder requirements on various management levels and translate them into technical development stories- Lead global projects with significant top
- and bottom-line impact as well as CRM related work packages led by other project leaders/owners- Collaborating closely with CRM IT and CRM Engagement & Retention departments providing an excellent level of stakeholder management- Develop new innovative CRM solutions to constantly improve both offline & online/digital consumer experience and to boost the SCB growth.
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- University/Bachelor’s degree (Marketing or Information Technology or Business Administration would be an advantage)- Minimum of 2-5 years of professional experience, best case in a similar role in Marketing/CRM Operations/CRM IT and preferably within the Luxury/Retail sector- Sound understanding of CRM systems and related software development tools like JIRA/Confluence, working experience with CRM systems and Marketing Automation platforms would be an advantage- Ability to clearly translate business needs into IT requirements- Good understanding of business processes and experienced in identifying consumer needs to transform them into effective CRM solutions- Project and process management experiences- Good analytical skills being detail-oriented with a problem-solving attitude- Team orientation and ability to work efficiently with all levels of the organization- Self-motivated with an optimistic and resilient mindset- English proficiency, good presentation and communication skills
