Global Customer Engagement and Retention Intern CRM

About the job
This role is all about developing powerful customer loyalty program events and activations and to develop customer engagement and retention. You will be:
- Supporting the customer engagement and loyalty program team on their key focus areas- Provide input and ideas to develop customer event concepts and guidelines in partnership with local markets- Follow up with markets to ensure customer events are implemented in accordance with guidelines and share any exceptions with Customer Engagement Manager for review- Ensure markets are providing all required customer event information and best practices within specified deadline-
- Support on all budget submission and tracking- Support on building and maintaining a strong KPI based management of the activities- Support on developing collaterals gifts dedicated to customer engagement programs and supporting markets with gift ordering- Lead on dedicated customer engagement activity projects- Contribute to the implementation of the clienteling program with various internal and external stakeholders- Strong partner to CRM team in developing holistic loyalty experience and communication
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- Previous experience within global organizations CRM and loyalty programs (ideally within retail and or luxury)- Ideally CRM database knowledge, for example SAP/Salesforce- Strong analytical mindset, proficiency in excel- Strong presentation skills- Passion for luxury customer experiences, good understanding of the customer perspective- Attention to detail and ability to think through solutions thoroughly- Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude- Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills
