What your job will be:

- Bring your ideas as well as expertise and knowledge in churn management to the various teams by creating the awareness of the potential of an excellent retention plan & management
- Gain insights on our customer base’s development in order to track volume and reasons of customer churn while in connection to it creating and running a constant reporting
- Design and deliver tools, dashboards, build & automate reports to optimize business steering
- Identify actions and measures to launch prevention campaigns and performance improvements (save rate, contact rate, promotions)
- Steer retention & prevention campaigns and activities across our biggest customer segments, on all product lines and services. Manage and improve churn forecasting and budgeting
- Work closely with senior management of Merchant Services Switzerland (Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Product Managements) to set our strategy and drive key business initiatives

What your qualifications shall be:

- Minimum 4 years professional experience in a customer marketing role with exposure customer service and/or finance controlling
- Business studies (bachelor’s/master’s degree) or comparable qualification
- Excellent skills in analysing and reporting data as well as creating action plans thereof
- Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset to initiate ideas, solve problems and a healthy dose of persistence. Motivation to make a difference and challenge the status quo and our organisation
- Strategic and analytical thinking and planning, team player with hands-on mentality
- Excellent skills in presenting and leading project teams and contributors
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to report and persuade different levels, including senior management
- Fluent in English or German with good knowledge of the other language. Any additional language is an asset (F/I)
