The CRM & Content Manager is responsible for the content planning and implementation of the B2C newsletters as well as for the optimization of the website. She\/he writes creative and sales-promoting texts and ensures the quality of the published content. She\/he reports to the Head of Marketing Switzerland and works closely with colleagues from B2C and B2B as well as from the Corporate Marketing team in Geneva and Naples.
- Creative and solution-oriented
- University degree or a commercial apprenticeship with a marketing education\/training
- 1-3 years of professional experience in the marketing environment
- Passion and flair for creating and maintaining targeted content and marketing it
- Experience in the implementation of communication \/ marketing projects
- Team player who can also work independently and always keep a cool head
- Excellent communication skills in German and a good command of English complete your profile. A good knowledge of French is a great advantage.
- Ensuring the correct and personalized targeting of audiences
- Generating new leads to support the acquisition of new customers
- Creating content and optimize offers and texts on the B2C website considering SEO criteria
- Supporting the adaptation, translation and writing of various texts for external communications
- Ensuring the quality of texts and content
- Creating and analyzing statistics via various analysis tools
- Collaborating on diverse projects in digital marketing
