- Are you creative and highly organized? Passionate about the potential of content to drive business success? A stickler for detail who is relentless in editing (and re-editing) content until it hits the mark and then analyzing how successfully it has performed?
- We are looking for someone like that who can:
- write (and edit) everything from intranet articles, video scripts and social media posts to speeches, client letters, talking points and event briefings,
- work with senior management to craft compelling content for different audiences,
- manage a portfolio of editorial projects which will take our content and planning to the next level. Focus areas could include client communications, the design and delivery of training or the development of intranet series,
- develop and deliver on editorial and project plans, liaising with key stakeholders to ensure narratives and priorities are aligned with our strategic agenda,
- represent the Global Wealth Management business in UBS-wide editorial forums and projects,
- use data-driven approaches to test and understand which content performs well with different audiences, and
- be a ‘tone of voice’ champion, providing English language advice and editorial guidance to our internal stakeholders across the business.

- You’ll be working in the UBS Global Wealth Management corporate communications team in Zurich, reporting to the Head of Internal Communications. **Your expertise**
- a bachelor’s degree or international equivalent, ideally 7+ years of previous experience in communications, editorial and speech writing,
- experience in financial services, ideally wealth management,
- outstanding English language written skills, a phenomenal attention to detail (spotting typos is your second nature), able to understand complex issues and distil key messages in an engaging way,
- German language skills are not essential to the role, but will be a distinct advantage, for example in researching source materials such as media articles,
- conversant in all kinds of written materials, from article headlines, social media posts and event invitations to internal articles and executive speeches,
- a highly motivated team player who is adaptable and enjoys working collaboratively to find solutions,
- able to work under pressure, handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines,
- always looking to remove barriers and make content more impactful,
- proficient with tools such as Adobe analytics and an interest in, and aptitude for, using data to improve content.
