- Do you enjoy building innovative user journeys on websites? Do you want to be at the forefront of digital client acquisition in Finance?
- As a Web Content Manager, you will be in the driver seat for designing and publishing new content on the website. With a strong focus on user experience and innovation, the Web Content Manager is responsible for managing the website as well as provide first level support for all website related topics.**What would your role be?**
- Publish new content and keep existing content up to date.
- Develop, implement, and optimize user journeys and interconnectivity between products and client segments.
- Collaborating with stakeholders from all business areas to build new pages and keep content up to date.
- Provide recommendations for UX and design.
- Project management and coordination of website initiatives on corporate level and in close collaboration with divisional peers.
- Monitoring website traffic and analysing user engagement metrics.
- Ensuring all content is high quality, up-to-date, and consistent with brand and style guidelines.
- Responsible for aligning all activities with compliance defined processes, guidelines and quality standards.

**What are we looking for?**
- Proven experience in web development, publishing and management.
- Strong project management skills as well as experience in stakeholder management.
- An in-depth technical knowledge of CMS and CRM systems, as well as broad understanding of web security, automation, hosting, etc.
- Hands-on experience with Figma, web development (HTML, CSS, JS).
- Experience in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for minor edits.
- Experience in UX/UI design, storytelling, and user testing.
- Fluent/native in English and German, with excellent spoken and editorial skills.
