The Opportunity

We're seeking a **Senior Product Manager** to join our dynamic Product team. You'll have _Full Responsibility_ for one of the autonomous legged robots in our product portfolio. These mobility platforms are used for industrial inspections at customer sites. Your role involves managing the product development, enhancement, and life cycle management of one of our **ANYmal robots**. Your main goal is to drive customer value by creating innovative solutions that enhance the product's robustness, performance, and reliability. As part of the One Team ethos, you'll work with our in-house development team, UX Design, Product Owners, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Field Engineering to craft our product development roadmap and go-to-market strategy.

Your Impact

As a Senior Product Manager, you will have a significant impact by managing the complete lifecycle of the ANYmal series robots. This includes discovery, conceptualization, roadmapping, development guidance, certification, validation, and verification. You will represent the market's voice within our teams and promote our product within and outside the company. Your role will involve using a range of Product Management tools to conduct market analyses and product discovery. This will enable you to develop and verify concepts through prototyping and develop a compelling product vision and customer value proposition. Building partnerships to enhance our **robotic platforms**' capabilities is also a key part of your role.

The Market & Our Technology

**Your Contributions**:

- Develop a shared product vision and strategy for our ANYmal legged robots
- Lead the conception and launch of innovative ANYmal robot capabilities, and enhance customer-value of existing capabilities
- Establishes a roadmap across the organization by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution
- Maintain close customer interactions to deepen our collective understanding of our target customers’ needs
- Continuously observe and analyze the autonomous mobility market and solutions to discover new business and partnership opportunities
- Support the Marketing and Sales team to effectively communicate our product value proposition
- Collaborate with UX Design, Software and Hardware Engineering to guide and validate new product development

**Your Profile**:

- University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Engineering, Science, or Business
- Relevant experience as a hardware product manager with experience in AI technologies
- Proven track record in shipping enterprise grade hardware as a product manager,
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, strong in structuring and prioritizing complex situations
- You have worked with engineering teams and are able to align cross-functional teams to deliver excellent outcomes
- Customer empathy and an enthusiasm for genuinely improving how businesses serve and engage people
- Excellent visual communicator fluent in English (both written and spoken), and strong in digital collaboration
