The world’s fastest-growing sportswear brand is seeking a Product Manager to help shape the future of our digital showroom platform - “Showtime”. Showtime enables our wholesale sales teams to sell our collections to our retail partners in a highly innovative and digital environment. You will be part of the newly created digital sell-in team, working in close collaboration with the Product Manager Lead. As the Digital Sell In team, we drive the way we do Wholesale Sales at On. We believe in digital solutions to create better sell-in experiences. You will be in charge of delivering the ambitious product strategy we have for Showtime, to take our virtual Showroom to the next level and becoming the ultimate digital sell-in tool for all wholesale sales teams globally. To turn that vision into a reality, you will be the main point of contact between our users and our engineering team.
Your Team:
We are the **Global Sales Enablement** team at On. Our mission? Keep sales moving. We work together closely with the regional sales teams and across functions. We deliver strategies, concepts, systems and tools to elevate the brand experience delivered through sales - with the ultimate goal of enabling our sales teams to achieve their targets.
Your Mission:
- Support and deliver the Product strategy for Showtime
- Promote digital transformation and engage with all users of the product to provide help with support, troubleshooting, and collect feedback
- Translate the strategy initiatives into thorough plans over different time frames
- Collaborate with our engineering team by providing clear requirements, feature prioritization and assistance with testing, as well as clarity on the mission and goals, to deliver quality features within the expected timeline
- Collaborate with the Content Project Manager to ensure a smooth upload and showcase of our content
- Assist the Product Manager Lead during user ideation workshops
- Coordinate a team of Champions users to promote change and digital transformation across the business
Your Story:
- You have a strong interest in digital product management and ideally 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- You are passionate about implementing digital transformation initiatives and a sense of WOW
- You are at ease with innovation and able to step outside of the comfort zone and classic ways of doing business
- You have a keen attention to detail and strong problem solving skills
- You are a great network builder and effectively connect with a diverse team of stakeholders
- You are willing to travel
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken), any other language would be a plus
