**Global Product Portfolio Manager**:

The Global Product Portfolio Manager drives the long-term profitable growth of Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) products, Power Distribution Units (PDU)/Static Transfer Switches (STS), power conditioning products within the Power Protection product group globally. You will also work with the global marketing and sales teams to define marketing plans. In this role you will develop and manage the products through all phases of the life cycle according to market needs and the strategy and targets for the product group.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Responsibility and accountability for long and short term product strategy planning for all product lines and driving roadmap execution + prioritizing based on business [short and long term] ambitions and selected focus areas
- Developing a strong global team, and inspiring and motivating employees to achieve targets
- Developing a business plan for the products, tracking performance metrics and implementing measures for maximum profitability
- Developing sales and tendering tools, and creating product training modules and programs
- Analyzing and understanding global megatrends, industry direction, and regional dynamics to formulate future proof strategy plans
- Initiating and driving cross-functional product and solution innovation teams, monitoring the development of all standards and market trends, and assisting R&D with patent-screening processes and IPR protection
- Defining the customer value proposition for segments and channels, ensuring clear communication, and delivering clear positioning within the portfolio
- Driving the annual business planning process, and monitoring global sales targets and tender volumes

**Your background**:

- Approx 10 years of experience in product management, marketing or portfolio management ideally with relevant power protection products or technologies
- Sound knowledge of the market conditions of the relevant products and services
- Management experience in sales, engineering and operational projects
- The ability to anticipate customer needs and market trends
- Strong, well-developed communication, influencing, coaching and management skills
- A degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred
- Fluent English language skills
