The Global Product Marketing Manager is accountable to get right product for right price from right factory to markets. He/She is responsible to monitor order intake pipeline and gross margin, continuously analyze these KPIs and take appropriate actions in case of deviations from plans are observed. GPMM of the Product Group drives business development of UniGear and digital versions of MV AIS Switchgear portfolio. GPMM makes plan and ensure implementation of product marketing strategies of the UniGear to meet business objectives and in line with global product strategy. Oversee all sales and marketing activities, and support sales organizations in driving sales of respective products.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Create, plan, and ensure implementation of the UniGear/Digital go-to-market product marketing strategy including definition and communication of product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy.
- Ensure achievement of established targets through oversight and definition of improvement actions as needed focusing on achievement of total demand orders (ABB and 3rd Party), growth margin %, net price variance, Net Promoter Score (NPS),
- Develop and implement annual marketing plan in conjunction with Global and Local Product Groups
- Prepare business plans focused on business development for a defined market and valuate market opportunities and decide appropriate activities in line with the strategy ensuring profitable business growth of the UniGear product Line
- Create demand through technical promotion, providing solutions and a value base selling approach and implement UniGear market pricing policy and provide product and technical support to sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and understand customer needs in the market by visiting customers.
- Ensure the customer satisfaction surveys are executed; analyze results and assist with corrective actions and develop and implement product support and product training to ensure high customer satisfaction in cooperation with global Marketing and Sales.
- Drive continuous improvement on NPS. Ensure the resolution of customer issues and implement and ensure compliance with global and local standards, rules, tools, policies

**Your background**:

- Good understanding of protection, control, Switching and Monitoring & Diagnostics products and systems
- Strong Leadership skills, cultural sensitivity to work across geographic borders
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills and strategic orientation and thinking
- Prove experience to assess projects risks and with customers interaction
- Proven record of sales and/or marketing competence, understanding of pricing methods and practices, Net Price Variance
- Ability to define and explain product value proposition and experience with value-based selling
