We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Marketing Technology team as we seek to improve our digital experience, enhance our communication, and support our business goals.

You will play a pivotal role in defining the product roadmap and driving the execution of functionality that enables a great customer experience.

As part of this truly global team, you’ll work out of our Zürich office but interface regularly with our team in Cambridge, Massachusetts and local offices all over the world.

**What you'll do**:

- Define and articulate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Marketing Technology team.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team as well as other internal stakeholders to understand requirements and create user stories.
- Develop, maintain, and prioritize the team’s backlog.
- Build consensus among internal business stakeholders and the development teams and ensure that the value of the work delivered by the team is aligned with overall business strategy.
- Work with the development team to clarify objectives, prioritize, and make decisions in a complex space.
- Transparently communicate priorities and progress to stakeholders and work with them to ensure successful product rollouts.
- Ensure on-time delivery of product functionality.
**Qualifications**
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing roles.
- Previous product or project management experience, driving business and development requirements.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies such as Scrum.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A collaborative team player attitude.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and a positive and upbeat demeanor.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Creative thinking with a vision.
- Attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel on occasion.
**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English (written and spoken) - other languages beneficial.
- Eligibility for a Swiss work permit.
**Extra points if you have**
- Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Experience with Marketing Automation.
- Familiarity with Frontend technology concepts and languages.
- Familiarity with User Experience design concepts.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with WordPress or headless CMS
