**Global Sales and Marketing Manager, Service Robotics**:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in the field of service robotics. Service robotics focuses on Life Sciences and Healthcare products and automation solutions, but is also being developed for new areas of Food Service and Retail Point of Sale. As Sales and Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and promoting our service robotics products and solutions. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a cutting-edge technology company and make a significant impact in the robotics industry. The location of this role is flexible globally.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales and marketing team with focus on key account management and strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives
- Identify and target potential customers and market segments for our service robotics products and solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to drive sales and promote customer loyalty
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and engineering, to align sales and marketing efforts with product roadmap and customer requirements
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to potential customers
- Lead the development of marketing materials, including brochures, website content, and social media campaigns, to effectively promote our service robotics solutions
- Plan and execute trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events to increase brand visibility and generate leads
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales and marketing strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge

**Your background**:

- University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager or similar role in the robotics industry or related technology field
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of closing deals and building strong customer relationships
- Proficiency in market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive positioning
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and experience in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in managing and coordinating trade shows, conferences, and marketing events
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales and marketing tools
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with customers, attend industry events, and support sales activities
