**Global Marketing Automation Manager (flexible location)**:

**This position reports to**:
Product Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Work cross-functionally to build and measure the success of new campaigns and automations as needed to support cross-channel marketing campaigns for product & segment spacific launches, promotions and awareness.
- Develop, implement, and maintain multiple product and segment automation programs, aligned with the business strategy.
- Work across the world with field and country marketers and sales units to engage and collaborate for accurate and successful engagement to the right target audience.
- Partner with global product marketing and global segment marketing to ensure end to end campaign progress
- Troubleshoot Pardot and Salesforce issues in a timely and thorough manner
- Stay abreast of current marketing automation trends, best practices, and strategies
- Ensure compliance with ABB web, branding guidelines and best practices, including running quality reviews of landing page content and structure, design in a compliant but innovative way.
- Represent the divisions needs in the cross-divisional lead management stream.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor's or higher degree with technical understanding of CRM systems, the Salesforce platform and marketing automation tools
- 5+ years of experience in digital lead management / marketing automation / project management and analytical skills
- Good understanding of GDPR
- Change management implementation of new processes/systems
- Strong business background with knowledge in B2B digital marketing industrial markets with multi-channel approach
- Good knowledge of all digital marketing disciplines and tools
- Experience in designing, implementing and monitoring marketing automation campaigns
- Exceptional communication skills
- Documenting/training materials
- Can-do attitude with a strong focus on bringing results
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel (less than 25 days per year)
